Human Resources (HR) - Internship

About Zuvomo Zuvomo is an established advisory and growth firm with 8+ years of experience working with startups and emerging companies. In this role, you’ll also support hiring and HR operations for KillShill, our fast-growing AI-powered platform focused on bringing transparency to trading influencers and signals. This is a hands-on HR role with real ownership. You’ll work directly on recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR processes rather than just observing or handling routine administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities of the selected Intern: 1. Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and hiring channels. 2. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication. 3. Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies. 4. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records. 5. Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns. 6. Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters and onboarding documents. 7. Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations. 8. Coordinate with team members and managers throughout the hiring process. 9. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and internal HR processes. 10. Support other HR initiatives and projects as required.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Good organizational and time-management skills. 3. Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes. 4. Familiarity with candidate sourcing and screening. 5. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and Google Workspace. 6. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. 7. Ability to coordinate and follow up with candidates and team members. Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership. Problem-solving and multitasking skills. 8.
