Terms of Service

Supahiro is software for running hiring: job posting, applications, screening, interview scheduling, messaging, offers and onboarding. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove something material that you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your company workspace.
• Tell us promptly at hiring@supahiro.co if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
• You must be at least 18 to use Supahiro.

You own the data you and your candidates put into Supahiro (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure and support the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

As the company running the hiring process, you are responsible for:

• having a lawful basis to collect and use candidate data, and giving candidates any notices the law requires;
• obtaining consent before recording or transcribing calls, or messaging candidates on channels that require it;
• the hiring decisions you make, including those made by automations you turn on. Screening scores and AI summaries help you review candidates; they can be wrong, and you should check them. Use preview mode and the undo tools, and do not use Supahiro to discriminate unlawfully;
• complying with employment, anti-discrimination, data protection and anti-spam laws that apply to you.

You must not:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, or post fake or misleading job listings;
• send spam, or upload malware or content you have no right to share;
• try to access another company’s data, get around security or usage limits, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, copy or reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our written agreement.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

Supahiro can connect to services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, WhatsApp and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. When you connect one, you authorise us to access it only as needed for the feature you turned on, and you can disconnect it at any time.

• Paid plans, usage allowances (such as AI call credits) and prices are shown when you choose a plan. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period through our payment provider and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• If a payment fails we may limit paid features until it is resolved.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice.

You can stop using Supahiro and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or where the law requires it. After closure you can ask us for a copy of your Customer Data within 30 days; after that we will delete or anonymise it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Supahiro, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

We work hard to keep Supahiro available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated scores, summaries or suggestions will be correct. We do not guarantee any hiring outcome, and we are not a party to any job offer or employment relationship between a company and a candidate.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from Supahiro in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes.
• We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify customers before they take effect. Continuing to use Supahiro after that means you accept them.
• If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
