Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for everyone who uses SuprHiro — employers, their teams and candidates.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every workspace, every user and every candidate. It exists to keep hiring on SuprHiro honest, fair and safe for the people on both sides of it.

1. Honest jobs

You must not:

  • post jobs that do not exist, or use job listings to collect personal data, sell products or recruit for schemes;
  • misrepresent the employer, the role, the pay or the location;
  • ask candidates for any payment — for applications, interviews, training, equipment, background checks or “security deposits”;
  • post roles that are illegal, or that involve adult content, gambling or unlicensed financial activity.

2. Fair treatment

  • Do not set screening questions, rules or automations that exclude people on grounds the law protects — such as caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, age where it is not a lawful requirement, or marital status.
  • Do not treat AI scores, summaries or recommendations as a final decision about a person. See Responsible AI.

3. Candidate data and contact

  • Only add people to SuprHiro — by import, upload or sourcing — if you have a lawful basis to process their data for hiring.
  • Call, record, transcribe or message candidates only where the law allows, with any consent it requires, and stop when a candidate asks you to.
  • Do not use bulk messaging, AI calls or WhatsApp for marketing, for purposes unrelated to hiring, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
  • Collect identity documents, bank details and background-check information only when you need them and are entitled to them — normally after an offer — and never share them outside the people who need them.
  • Do not use SuprHiro to monitor or profile employees beyond what the law allows.

4. AI features

  • Do not configure the AI calling assistant to deceive candidates about who is calling or why.
  • Do not try to make the AI assistant reveal other workspaces’ data or ignore its safety checks.
  • Do not submit resumes or content written to manipulate AI screening (for example hidden instructions).

5. Security and the platform

You must not:

  • try to access another workspace’s data, another user’s account, or any part of the Service you are not authorised to use;
  • probe, scan or test our systems for vulnerabilities, except under the responsible-disclosure terms on our Security page;
  • get around plan limits, seat limits, rate limits, CAPTCHA or other controls;
  • upload malware, or files you have no right to share;
  • scrape, copy, frame, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • share logins, or forward candidate links meant for one person.

6. Content

Do not use SuprHiro to send or store content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

7. What happens if these rules are broken

We may remove content, pause features such as messaging or AI calls, suspend users, or suspend or close a workspace. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix the problem; we will act immediately where there is a risk of harm to candidates or to the Service. We may report illegal activity, including job fraud, to the authorities.

8. Reporting abuse

If a job on SuprHiro looks fake, or anyone has asked you for money for a job, email hiring@supahiro.co with the job link and what happened. We review every report.
